We started supplying recycled computer systems in 1989. These mainly came from the liquidation auctions being held at the time of the recession. It was also in this year that we began our long standing relationship with Micromart Magazine.

As demand grew, we had to look for larger quantities of used equipment. It was around 1995 that we regularly started purchasing large container loads of redundant equipment from many of the UK's largest companies.

Today, we typically hold a mixture of several thousand; base units, monitors & components in stock at any one time. We aim to update this web site regularly as new stock arrives. Unlike some other companies, all the items shown on our site are available from stock, we are not merely a broker.

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard & Solo or Maestro debit cards without a surcharge - via our on-line order page or by telephone. We also accept Postal Orders & Cheques (7 days clearance) & Cash (by Registered Mail only) - these payments should be forwarded to TR Computers, PO Box 44, Knutsford, Cheshire, WA16 0YW. We're also happy to accept official orders from Schools, Colleges & Universities - providing you're happy to pay within 30 days of receipt.

Telephone Orders are dispatched by Citylink couriers, on a next day service throughout the mainland UK. Charges for small items start at £6. We're also happy to post very small/light items by Royal Mail - postage prices start at £3. We can also ship a pallet full of equipment throughout mainland UK from £50+vat - via PalletLine (call with postcode for quote). Customers are also welcome to collect goods from our Workshop - but we do ask that you make an appointment & provide at least a couple of hours notice.

All the new goods we sell come with a twelve month return to base warranty. The 2nd user goods have a 90 day RTB warranty. If an item is found to be faulty within the first seven days of this period we will cover all carriage charges involved in replacement. If an item is outside of warranty, we would normally repair it for the cost of parts.
